Booking

• Bookings are made online with an instant estimate and secure payment.
• Your collection window is confirmed immediately, no waiting for approval.
• Bookings close 12 hours before each collection window.

Rescheduling

Plans change! You can reschedule your collection free of charge up to 12 hours before your window; use the link in your confirmation message or contact us on +61 407 891 737.

Cancelling

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your collection window. Inside 12 hours, contact us and we'll do our best to help. Refunds for paid bookings cancelled in time are returned to your original payment method.

Missed collections

If we can't find your laundry at the agreed spot during your window, we'll call or text you straight away. If we can't reach you, we'll help you rebook.
