Terms of service

These terms apply between you and Perl Trading Pty Ltd (trading as Pacco Pacco Laundry, ABN 12 645 516 829) when you book or use our services. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Estimates and final pricing

Online prices are estimates based on the weights, items and services you select. Actual weights are confirmed on calibrated scales at pickup, and items needing inspection (like dry cleaning or mending) are priced once we've seen them. If the confirmed amount differs from your estimate, we'll contact you with the updated price before processing; we never charge more than you've authorised.

Your laundry

• Please check pockets; we're not responsible for items left in clothing.
• Tell us about delicate items, special-care instructions and existing damage at booking.
• We follow care labels and reasonable instructions. Some outcomes (for example full stain removal) can't be promised, and we'll always tell you honestly what's likely.

Collections and deliveries

You choose a collection window at booking, and return timing is confirmed with your booking. If we can't access your laundry at the agreed spot during the window, we'll contact you to rearrange (a rebooking may be required).

Payments

Payment is taken securely online through Stripe when you book. Any adjustments after inspection or weighing are settled by payment link or refund as described above.

If something goes wrong

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery about any concern and we'll work with you to put it right. Our liability for loss or damage is handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
