Can you guarantee a stain will come out?
We'll always give it our best, but honestly - no laundry service can promise every stain will disappear. It depends on the fabric, the stain and how long it's been there. If a mark needs specialist care, we'll tell you.
What should I tell you about a stain?
The more we know the better: what caused it, how long it's been there, and anything you've already tried. If you can, avoid hot-washing or tumble-drying a stained item before we see it - heat can set stains.
Can you treat stains on delicate fabrics?
Mention the fabric when you book - some delicates are best handled through dry cleaning, and we'll recommend the safest option for your item.
